2、 Construction methods and key points

2.2 Stacking, storage, and hoisting of finished door and window frames. Before entering the site for installation, the project leader must provide a construction briefing to all members of the door and window installation team, with written briefing materials archived and installation reference lines provided.
2.3 Expansion screws should be directly inserted into the wall from the inside of the door and window frames, with a length of no less than 80mm and a spacing of no more than 500mm between adjacent expansion screws.
2.4 Joint treatment method between door and window frames and walls: Fill the gap between the frame and the wall with foaming agent. If the foaming agent overflows, use a shovel to level it, then apply cement to cover it. After the cement dries, evenly apply sealant at the interface.
3、 Technical method for installing broken bridge aluminum doors and windows glass
Before installing the glass, clean the dirt inside the cutting edge and evenly apply 1-3mm thick bottom putty along the entire length of the cutting edge.
3.2 Install glass with a long side greater than 1.5m or a short side greater than 1m, use rubber pads and fix them with pressure strips and screws.
3.3 The glass installed in the vertical frame should be placed on two identical positioning blocks, and the distance between the placement point and the vertical edge of the glass should be 1/4 of the width of the glass, and should not be less than 150mm.
3.4 The position of the positioning pad for the glass installed in the fan should be determined according to the opening direction. The width of the positioning pad should be greater than the thickness of the supported glass piece, the length should not be less than 25mm, and should meet the design requirements.
After the glass is installed in place, its edges should not come into contact with the frame, fan, and their connecting components, and the gap left should be 2-3mm.
All materials used during glass installation shall not affect the smoothness of the drainage system.
3.7 When inserting glass into frames and fans, filling materials should be used, and lines should be pressed evenly around the glass.
