Cause analysis:

(1) Aluminum alloy doors and windows use recycled rubber strips, which are cheap but lack elasticity, have poor aging resistance, and experience memory aging cracking;

(2) The rubber strip of aluminum alloy doors and windows shrinks, loses elasticity, and begins to fall off from around the window sash of the aluminum alloy doors and windows.

Protective measures:

(1) When making aluminum alloy doors and windows, elastic and aging resistant rubber strips should be selected;

(2) When installing the rubber strip, it should be cut into 45 degrees at the corner; Gap and fix it with glue around the edges;

(3) When cutting the rubber strip, a 2% margin should be left as a reserve for the shrinkage of the rubber strip;

(4) Before installing the rubber strip, the groove should be cleaned thoroughly to avoid any foreign objects inside.
